I had them out for an estimate and wound up having another plumber come out on an emergency basis that night who totally took advantage of me being a woman and tried to sell us unnecessary repairs. I called Stephen and he was back out the next morning. He could’ve tried to take advantage of the fact that this other plumber told us there was additional work that needed to be done but he didn’t. He was honest and told us that we did not need to do all the extra work that they said needed to be done. He told me to my face that it would be un-ethical and he wouldn’t try to upsell us into work we didn’t need. He was very professional, very easy to deal with and took his time explaining everything to me because I had a bunch of questions. Then when the crew came out to do the work, they were very nice, polite and respectful. They cleaned everything up like they hadn’t even been there. The quality of the work was great. I would totally recommend them to everyone and would use them again myself.

Steven and Enrique were amazing. They were my project managers and incredibly professional, efficient, and communicative! They responded to my every question and need. The clean up was spot on, nothing left for me to do except enjoy my new plumbing. I loved the follow up from the office to be sure I was satisfied with the job. Trust is a big thing for me.
