Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional, responsive, and quick to get the job done.Their pricing was transparent, fair, and the most affordable we found. They are family-owned and truly a pleasure to work with.We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing needs in Orange County.

Viper responded an emergency call on a Thursday night. They were within my property in 45 minutes. Cleared my sewer line and explained why my toilets were backing up. They gave me plenty of options and decided to go with a two way clean out install. Very fair pricing. 10/10 service, highly recommend

I was very please with their work. Eduardo and one other person completed the repair. I will call them first if I need plumber services in the future. I hope that will not be any time soon, but it's good to know who to call when that time comes around.

My Mother had some issues with her sewer for some years at her home. We contacted Viper Rooter and 2 other companies for a quote on a sewer replacement. By far Viper Rooter and Plumbing gave us the Best solution along with the most fair price. They were not necessarily the cheapest but their experience and knowledge and way of explainig the work we were getting done was excelent and we Just felt we could trust they were going to do what they said. Completely or family will continue to use them for any futura plumbing issues and recommend them 100%
