- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price rates vary by duration of time. A lesson time and day would be scheduled and will remain the same from lesson to lesson. Reschedule Policy: to reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours prior notice. Lesson Cancellation Policy: if you do not provide adequate notice in advance, you will be charged ($20) for the missed scheduled lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An intake appointment is arranged to see how to best meet the needs of the individual. A plan is then discussed with the individual to make certain they are receiving what they need. Then lessons are scheduled on a regular basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an ESL teacher and tutor to students of all ages who spoke Farsi as a native language while living in Iran and the States. I have also worked as a translator both in the private and public sector.
