FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are quite a few different pricing systems we offer. We will either try to bid on a job competitively against other contractors or we will offer a cost plus contract with the customer which is we will pass our labor and material costs to the customers and be 100% transparent then charge a fee to run the project and provide the manpower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to start out by looking at the project and meeting with the customer face to face to better understand what the customers needs and expectations are. We will then start establishing various budgets with the customer and hopefully sign a contract. We set a start date, show up on time and complete the project in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years in the construction industry. I started as a laborer and worked my way up to a superintendent running at times 150 employees and 10-15 crews at a time. I decided that raising my children was an important factor in me starting my business and decided to start my own company.
