- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing when done through the phone is an estimate based on what I have read of the description my clients normally do not pay more than what I quote and alot of the times it is less than what I originally quote and sometimes I will give a discount without my clients expecting it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when ever I start with a new client I work out what they would like to be done. then I will go over there expectations for the project and what they would like to see when the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained myself in my younger years by reading and books on building and repairs I could find and then learned by doing what I have read and then learned more from my years in the trades.
