FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair according to local industry standards. Being reasonable, my rates could be much higher because of my experience with all the trades, as well as knowledge of local building codes. For this reason, I do not offer "discounts". With others, these so called discounts cost you much more in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I always take the time to explain to them the structure of my fees. Then, after looking at what they need done, explain what the costs are and how long it will take to complete. Also, I would advise them of any concerns there are before we start. Lastly, I inform them that if they are not completely satisfied when completed they have the option of not paying for the job. Just to testify, to this day there has been 100% satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previously, I have worked as a licensed contractor. Having worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, I have developed a high skill level in mostly all areas. I have worked in the residential building and repair industry for over 35 years. This hands-on experience coupled with a full knowledge of the Building Codes qualifies me to provide excellent service.
