I have worked with Steve and Diamond Case for several years now, in two different homes. He has supplied and installed four TVs and other equipment for me, and programmed several universal remotes. In addition Diamond Case designed and delivered custom furniture to my specification, to match up with a credenza originally purchased from them to house various electronics. I have always been extremely happy with the quality of their work and professionalism. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We haves used Steve at diamond case several times at our house and my sons house. He built a cabinet for our home theater which is beautiful. We get lots of compliments. He has hung two tvs at our house and two at my sons. He installed home theater equipment at both houses also. It's a family business and get that personel service. I would not hesitate to recommend them

He really knows his stuff. He selected our new 65" TV, made a custom remote control, gave us a great sound system and altered our old space to fit all of it. It looks totally custom. Steve also set up a wifi booster for the back of the house and organized a wire-filled desk. Altogether, a great job. Very happy customer.

    Definitely look for a company with a showroom. A showroom is a sign of stability and confidence and shows the company has deeper roots in the community. You also look at the complete suite of options the company can provide. Can they offer you a complete home theater package including furniture, electronics, installation, and training? How long have they been in business?
