It is not a complicated system, but the pricing depends on the complexity of the issue. I do not charge by the hour like most computer technicians do.

Yes, I do. I am currently completing my CompTIA A+ Certification and have some Microsoft Certified Certifications completed

I am a really easygoing person, have lots of patience, and will stay on top of job and make sure it gets completed.
