    Excellent and Affordable service!!! 5 stars, Brad was on time and came out even on a Sunday to my house to help me with my computer problems! He didn't up charge like most computer companies out there. He was friendly and didn't try to bombard me with computer jargon, rather, he explained to me in standard terms what exactly was the problem with my computer and I appreciate that! He is now our family's go to computer man for any computer or internet problems!!! :)

It is not a complicated system, but the pricing depends on the complexity of the issue. I do not charge by the hour like most computer technicians do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I do. I am currently completing my CompTIA A+ Certification and have some Microsoft Certified Certifications completed
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working with computers since I was very young and absorbed computer technology quickly.

I am a really easygoing person, have lots of patience, and will stay on top of job and make sure it gets completed.
