- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello future customers the way I do my pricing is based off what type of work you want done such as landscape start off as a fixed estimated price which can change or stay the same just have to see what all needs to be done in order to complete the job and how long it will but basic landscape service starts around $60 and goes up. If you have me come min 2 times a month I give you a break on landscape repairs and 10%off monthly charge. Any irrigation repairs or extra landscape work orders will be billed separately from monthly charge. Work will only start once all documents are signed by the customer and I. Any deposit if necessary must be paid the same day of signing the work documents.(most deposits are half the monthly charge or half of the estimate) Handyman Service starts at $40 per hour and goes up also please read other frequently asked questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I like to do a meet and greet, which in doing so helps the new customer be able to ask me any questions about what they want done and gives me an opportunity to survey the area or work location to help get a more accurate estimate and if anything helps me explain different suggestion that will save the customer money and time with the same end results. And any referrals made gets you a good discount.

I have 8 plus years of landscape training and 2yrs of handyman experience.
