FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most commonly and foremost we get asked, What are your rates? Rates vary based on location and time. Fees are based hourly so the longer you want me the lower i can go. For one hour i charge $85. Although my rates may seem higher than others you may find, it is simply because I am faster. I can do in one hour what others do in 2 so my hourly price reflects that. So instead on paying somebody $100 (50/hr) for 2 hours of slow work, you save $15 and there is much less wait time for all of your party guests! Why can some face painters charge so much less than others? Personally i call it a scam because they may charge $50/hr but they will need minimum of 2 hours and most definitely will be much lower quality of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly looking up new designs and collaborating with other artists to bring a higher quality of work and new efficient time saving techniques to my craft!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This job fell in my lap after graduating college to save up for some much needed traveling. A friend told me about a need for face painters at Disneyland and I took the opportunity and went with it! Now i am off on my own bring the magic of Disney to your doorstep!
