- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies. Some cost are flat rate (panels and such) others are $30hr - $60hr repairs / modifications. Really just depends on the job at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer to determine what they need. Then providing our professional opinion on the situation. Giving them a price. While doing the work, we like to update customers inorder to keep in contact with them. Installing final product (when applicable), making sure they are completely satisfied, accepting payment. Asking customer for review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
D 1.1 & 1.3 aws certified. certified forklift , arial boom, and scissor lift operator. 22 years design and welding/fabrication exp.
