How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a large family and my mother taught me to cook from the time I could handle a frying pan.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Family events, holiday dinners. Dinners for work associates, cooking classes. Romantic Dinners. Special diet's are no problem.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just prepared food for 75 people for a company party. Everyone was thrilled at the selection, quality, taste and variety of the foods and I was able to do it for a fraction of what it would have cost to host the event in a restaurant.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Book as far in advance as you can. The holiday season can be busy. Plan to spend at least part of the day with me when we shop for the food for your event.

You can have a high quality dining experience for you and a loved one, your family or friends, work associates - for a fraction of what it would cost to host the same event in a quality restaurant.
