As a trainer, I am thankful for every day I get to work with my clients because I am able to combine the two things I love most - fitness and teaching others! During my training sessions, I pay close attention to every detail and constantly reinforce/teach proper exercise and movement. I am very passionate about my role as a trainer and would love the opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals! My name is Robert, and I am a NASM certified personal trainer at KBR Lifestyles, a private training studio located in Anaheim. I take my role as a trainer very seriously because I believe that fitness can be used as a tremendous tool for positive change in one's life. I like to utilize all facets of fitness and will tailor a plan to help you meet your goals. I assess each client's fitness level to create an effective, safe, and fun training program. I am confident in ensuring results for my clients because I am the type of trainer that will keep you accountable and do everything possible to help you reach your goals. I can help you reach your goals in areas such as the following: * Weight loss * Building muscle * Cardio * Balance and stability * Circuit training * Weight training * Strength and conditioning * Plyometrics * Cross-training * Meal planning and nutrition. I am located at KBR Lifestyles, a private training studio with tons of great equipment and amenities. We even provide a meal prepping service for those clients who wish to maximize their results with the best food possible! All training sessions are one hour long, and each client's program includes weekly check-ins and email/phone support. Small Group Training (two or more people) is also available! Initially I was not sure going into hiring a personal trainer, I thought I knew everything about exercise. Boy I was wrong, My advise to anyone who wants to be serious about working out is first hire a good trainer. Obviously its hard to know who is a good trainer, I took my chance with Rob, and maybe I am lucky but having him as my personal trainer has worked out amazingly for me. Thats not all, Rob is a nice and down to earth type of person, who in my opinion is a great trainer. I would rate him 5stars without a doubt.

These days, personal trainers are a dime a dozen. Everyone out there claiming they can help you meet your fitness goals. Out of that large pool of candidates, only a handful are truly passionate individuals who eat, sleep and breathe fitness. Individuals who understand what it takes to achieve their goals because they themselves put in the hard work to transform their own bodies. Robert is one of these people. He will custom tailor a challenging, yet manageable fitness plan that will ignite your muscles, burn your fat and put you on a path to fitness success! His knowledge and expertise not only comes from the textbooks, but also from the trial and error he overcomes in his own workouts. He will motivate and show you only the most effective exercises to ensure you're making the most out of each session. During your training, you'll get his complete and undivided attention. His patience and ability to explain simply how your body is working will keep you engaged and make you a more knowledgeable person. I achieved greater results in the 4 short months training with Robert than I did working out alone in the past year. He helped me retain muscle mass and increase my strength! Trust me, give him a call and see what he can do for you. You won’t regret it!

I was a flabby mess before I met Robert. He was very understanding of my situation and the goals I wanted to reach. After our first workout session, I was convinced Robert was the man for my needs. He was able to tailor a workout regimen that was optimal for me and emphasized the benefits of eating clean and healthy instead of taking all these mysterious supplements. I recommend Robert for anyone who's just beginning to work out as well as athletes who want to progress further in their careers. He'll take care of you like he did with me.
