- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We inquire about your event, theme, and all of your needs. Here, we'll gather all of the event details and provide you with our recommendations for your event. Let's craft the ultimate experience! 2. An online invoice with our contract, package features and event details is created and sent to you for review. Once a deposit is made, your date is secured and we'll start working on the details. Sit back and relax! 3. As your event approaches, we finalize the event details and fulfill any last requests. On your event date, our professional & friendly attendants will ensure everything is perfect. By now, you'll be the life of the party!
