Art came to the rescue after I had 3 other contractors misdiagnose a leaky toilet!!! As a property manager, this put me in a difficult situation. This job is unique because the builders put this ridiculous countertop over the toilet. Perhaps this could be the reason why the previous contractors misdiagnosed it and said that the leak wasn’t urgent…
Art was able to instantly source & install this rare beautiful Toto toilet all in the same morning at a fair price right before the holidays! This a small family business that does it right. They earned my business.

I called on a Friday afternoon and Art was out a couple of hours later, he is an great communicator and talked me thru everything he did to try and get to the clog in my very long sewer line. After several attempts he didn't admit defeat, he offered a solution and installed a clean out in my front yard, clog is gone and I have a permanent solution to the problem.
Art's pricing is fair, there weren't any extras once he quoted me the price. He talked me thru each step and showed up exactly at the time he said he would be there. I highly recommend this great plumber!!
