Ginger was terrific to work with. She understood the various unique aspects of my property and provided a professional report faster than I expected. I found Ginger to be very honest and direct with her answers to all of my questions. Since the appraisal, I discovered other online research ie articles relative to market trends and conditions that further collaborated and confirmed Ginger’s assessment. Ginger’s appraisal is rock solid—exactly what I needed.

Ginger was amazing! She was consistently on top of each portion of the home sale/new purchase process. She was so wonderful to work with from beginning to close.
