Ginger was terrific to work with. She understood the various unique aspects of my property and provided a professional report faster than I expected. I found Ginger to be very honest and direct with her answers to all of my questions. Since the appraisal, I discovered other online research ie articles relative to market trends and conditions that further collaborated and confirmed Ginger’s assessment. Ginger’s appraisal is rock solid—exactly what I needed.

Ginger was amazing! She was consistently on top of each portion of the home sale/new purchase process. She was so wonderful to work with from beginning to close. Her friendly dimeanor and extensive knowledge made her the perfect fit for someone such as myself, with little experince with buying/selling a home.
