Why can't I choose all five items? If I could, I would give Marvin 5 for 5. And, this is something I pretty much never do.......that is giving anyone a top score. Marvin earns from this grateful client is 5+ or 6. However boxes can be ticked for giving a cust. service rating of Superior, with Marvin, ALL the boxes are ticked.
