- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and fair, as well we strive to make sure we bid our tree services at the most affordable rate for our customers. We offer discounts and or bundle specials when there is more than 1 tree involved just to save our customers more money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first contact the customer to make sure they know who we are and set up an appointment to meet with them personally or if they're not available we offer to come out and look at the trees requested. Afterwards, we prepare a free proposal fully detailed on what services we would suggest for the trees in question.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience working with various Tree Service companies and Arborists over the course of 10 years will guarantee we have the knowledge and training to take the best care of your trees and our tree climbers our certified and well trained in every aspect of tree pruning & tree removals.
