My passion is the mind, body and spirit connection through flowing body movement. I am an acupuncture student that offers a variety of holistic services. From impactful Hatha/Asana yoga that focuses on spinal alignment, muscle lengthening and fascia release. To Somatic Stretch Therapy and Reiki Energy Healing. I've been teaching yoga and meditation for 3 years now privately, at a chiropractic office and an active senior community. It's my job to ensure your body feels as good as it looks!
