Do not hire this person. Sylvia wants you to do her work for her while she sits back and collect unearn pay. Sylvia wanted me to call Quickbooks for her because she stated that she doesn’t have the time or patience to be on the phone with Quickbooks. Sylvia asked me for a copy of 2018 Quickbooks and when installing the 2018 version, the software removed her outdated 2002 version and she’s trying to charge me for that when she’s the one who asked for the 2018 Quickbooks. If you want to meet her in person, she will also charge you for her time, gas, and mileage. All of Sylvia’s resources are outdated. Sylvia is certified in using Quickbooks back in 2002. A lot has changed in 15 years. Sylvia is outdated and unreliable. Sylvia will work for low wages, $15/hr because she doesn’t want her wages to get too high. Sylvia will also refused to give you her SSN because she doesn’t want you to report her wages to the State. Otherwise, she’ll have to pay income tax on her social security that she’s receiving now. An average HR/Payroll person can do the same amount of work in 1 day, but Sylvia takes 80+ hrs to do the same work. Sylvia burns the clock and will only work remotely. There is no way of keeping track of her time and what you’re paying her to do. Sylvia went shopping for personal items while supposedly on the clock working for me. Do not trust this person. Sylvia is a waste of time and resources.

Your earlier 5 star referral is a complete contrast to this rating. I'm sorry you now feel you had a bad experience. A lot of what you state needs correction.
- I have been a QuickBooks Pro since June, 2011.
- Refer to your unpaid invoice - there is no billing for gas or mileage.
- My 2012 (not 2002) QuickBooks was over written
- Freelance work I doesn't require a Social Security Number
It seems to me your company, Integrity Automotive Services, needs a new name. Without warning you said, "my CPA has given me an offer" and ended my work with you. I still need to be paid.
