Victor and Tony were excellent to work with to frame, drywall, and create custom doors and storage for our business. They are both good communicators and capable of troubleshooting a very specific custom carpentry project.
Hire them for quality work, a fair price, and people that actually enjoy what they do. It is difficult to find transparency and quality when working with contractors--especially on the peninsula for small to medium sized jobs.
Steel City is more than drywalling--they work alongside plumbers, painters, etc.
As a doctor and business owner, I am as specific and detailed as they come--almost at a pathological level :) They were capable of operating at my level of detail.
Victor and Tony are under advertised and under reviewed for their level of skill. You won't get other "workers" doing your job. You work directly with the owners because they care about quality control.

I quoted a few other contractors and found that Steel City Drywall was the most professional one among them.
They gave us detailed estimations and outlined potential problems that we may encounter during the garage drywall installation. Therefore, the project went on smoothly and they finished before our plan!
Also, Victor was excellent to work with and we are quite satisfied with the new look of our garage.
