One never knows what the service may be like when using an app. I could not have gotten better service and expertise anywhere else!! Kay Tech was the absolute best!!! Although my computer was not salvageable which was my fault , he attempted every possible way to bring it back to life and in the process told me how to properly take care of a laptop in the future; None of which I had been doing previously. I’m in a graduate program for creative writing so it’s essential that I have a computer. He downloaded all my documents that I had saved correctly. And the next day he recommended a computer and a printer within my price range that I could afford. I had several questions which he immediately responded to. It was a good hour of texting. He went above and beyond for me. I was so impressed. I will be hiring him to come back and set everything up this weekend. On another note, I’m a female and live alone with my dog so I was hesitate for a stranger to come into my home. My dog is very protective as most dogs are when a stranger enters their home. He let out a little growl at the soft knock at my door. After which he just laid on my bed and watched him. I was able to leave the room as Kay was at my desk working for a while. Dogs are the greatest judge of character and he liked him. That speaks for itself. Not only does he possess excellent computer knowledge and skill, but is a very kind man and has great energy. I was immediately comfortable. I most definitely recommend him for your computer needs. Well worth it.
