On behalf of my mom: I was under siege with this horrible amount of flying insects that practically took over my backyard. I had called a few pest control services who either didnt answer or couldnt help me in a reasonable time. When I called Rob, he said he could swing by as he was on his way back to the city I live in and inspected. He didnt try to push any unnecessary services on me and gave me some alternatives so that I wouldnt have to spend money. Since I didnt have the items on hand, I utilized his services and he took care of the problem immediately. He is the one I will be calling moving forward as he was kind, professional, and I respect the fact that he doesnt price gouge. Thank you, Rob!

Service was great, on time, and professional! I like the fact that Liberty is experienced (NOT staffed with 18 year-olds who know nothing.)My service was for a rodent inspection. He walked the garage and perimeter of the house and educated me on all entry points, the nature of rodent, and what to look out for. Not once did it feel rushed. He even located the source of their feed. We concluded with a well designed plan of action. Glad I did business with you!!

If I could give more stars... I would. Wasps had invaded the side mirror of my RV. I called and the owner arrived literally within 15 minutes of my call and took care of the problem. I have had multiple pest control services in the past from just about every major company and will be switching to Liberty IMMEDIATELY.
