- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with each client individually on the pricing for services to accommodate every need or budgets. I charge for my piece work and and labor set up fees separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to just talk to my clients to get to know them first, get a feel for their personality and style even before talking about the event. It's helpful to get a grasp of their tastes and preferences in design even before getting into the details of theme. It allows us to work together to create the vision with a focus from the beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken courses in floral design and have worked in back stage positions in community theater for many years. This has given me the experience to be prepared and organized for large productions and be calm and fast acting for unexpected issues when they arise.
