- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First my commuting distance to his or her address and the quality of the work that will be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will first bell and patiently wait for the Customer at the entry door. As soon as the Customer answers the bell we will exchange greetings, then I will inspect the job to make sure I bring the appropriate tools, hardware, and equipment to the job. All these are performed following CDC Health procedures of wearing a face mask and social distancing. The latter when it is possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A 5yrs Technical school training. Over 27yrs work Experience with Kaiser Aluminium Company and a 2yrs work and study with Laney College Fine Carpentry Faculty as Assistant Instructor.
