Edwin is amazing! I'm seriously so impressed with his work. I had a great experience working with Edwin and Francisco from Mr. Profix. They handled several projects in my condo, including regrouting my shower, removing and reinstalling caulk in both bathrooms, replacing a water-damaged shelf under the bathroom sink, and doing some ceiling painting.Every job was done with care and attention to detail, and the quality of their work really shows. They were incredibly helpful and arrived the very next day. From the start, they were transparent about the cost breakdown and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process.We had a broken faucet that had torn away from the countertop, and they were able to replace italong with addressing several other issueswithin 24 hours. They stayed until all the work was fully completed and clearly explained the costs and reasons for each repair. From the quote to the service itself, Edwin was very thorough and thoughtful. Initial response was very prompt and had a good explanation and very transparent with the quote and process. He came out and went the extra mile to find the issue with my oven. Very thorough and checked everything that could have been the problem. When it was found that it was a part that was very expensive to replace, and would cost more than the worth of the oven, it would be cheaper to get a new one, I was not charged more than the service fee. I absolutely recommend Mr Profix services for any repairs you may need. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Very transparent from start to finish. Clean and respectful with their work. Although my oven wasnt able to be repaired, I will definitely be calling for any other service I need in the future!
