My main focus in my work is quality. I have worked for a commercial and residential management company. I started my career as a subcontractor and learned how to repair and install things like laminate flooring / baseboard/ painting exterior and interior basically anything to do with finishing, I am also very skilled with complete landscaping fences, stucco , cement and tile . I quickly transitioned to basic plumbing, windows and doors. I am skilled at reconstructing damaged walls, floors and remodeling outdated kitchens and baths. These guys were amazing! They took care of a few tricky bathroom wall hanging projects — including installing a laundry line on tile — and did a very professional job. Very responsive, good availability and reasonable rates. We’ll be using them again.

I called on Monday Nunez schedule us for next day at 9am. We had another contractor go out that said it would cost $3000 tub needed to he replaced, it was leaking,they would need to check pipes in walls to find leak etc which all sounded entirely too expensive and extreme. Nunez and his team added some liquid nails/caulking between tile and bathtub allowed it to dry overnight to make sure teanat was feeling comfortable went back the next day did a good job on replacing drywall textured and cleaned up. The great part about it all he called, gave multiple updates took pictures and even blew leave in front of building.

I appreciated his eagerness to help me. He was very expensive. He charged me $400 for a 30 minute job. He said I agreed to this. I did agree to pay $400 for a $400 job. This was extremely dishonest. He said it was because he had special tools. What kind of special tools do you need for a twin mattress base. Very dishonest. It took us 48 hours to zelle him his money. The owner was traveling and did the best he could. This guy called me 28 times until I finally blocked him. It was total harassment. Never again.
