I am very impressed with Alex's skill as a painter, and also his patience and friendliness. I was having a difficult time choosing colors. He actually painted one wall of the living room while I sat there and watched him, just so I could see how it would look. He said if I didn't like it, we would just pick another color! Alex was on time for the estimate and for the 3 days he was here, price was the best, and work was flawless. I would hire Alex again, a good experience.

Alex and his crew painted our house (1800 sqft) and we couldn't be happier. He has great work ethics. He came to our house at 8 every morning and followed the schedule. He is an great painter that made the accent walls look straight and clean. He never took shortcuts. He removed all the fixtures, nails, screws from the wall before he started painting. There was not a single drop of paint on the wood floor, either. He is a great person. He was always smiling and happy for what he did. It is very pleasant to talk to him. He answered all the questions we had. When we were out of town, he sent us updates with text images on the progress. He is honest, he showed us the receipts of all the paint and materials, and he passed on the discounted price to us. When we need to paint our home again, I will definitely contact Alex. He is an awesome painter! A hard working single father, glad we hired him.

These guys are awesome and did such a great job at a very affordable price. The customer service was on point and the painters were very knowledgeable and respectful. I will definitely be referring them to anyone I know and I will be using them in the future.

Originally quoted as a 5 day job, yet took several weeks to finish. What seemed like a great deal had cost me a fortune. Base boards, carpet, microwave and tile floors covered in overspray and paint. They broke the microwave trying to clean it. All of the drapery was left in place. Nothing painted behind the drapes although one painter lied and said it had been done and they put the drapes back up. All door hardware painted over. Looks awful. Lesson learned. Spend a little for more for a professional.

Wow! You were the one that rescheduled twice and then expect us to stop another customer’s project to accommodate your reschedule. Of course we would like to complete the project on time, it doesn’t make sense for us to spread a small job over a few weeks. The overspray you mention was pre-existing from previous job(s) and we never agreed to remove the drapes and we didn’t, you stressed several times and said you wanted a cheap price job because it’s a rental, now after walking through the completed job twice and you paying for the job because you were satisfied, you leave an inaccurate review, you never called to express a change of mind and the need to have anything you were not happy about addressed. And we broke a microwave by wiping the outside down? All the hardware was previously painted, now we are blamed for that too. We strive for customer satisfaction and have plenty of references to back it up, we do not perform jobs like the one you describe, you signed off on the job after a final walkthrough, you just notice all of these things you mention after the final walk through?

We are generally offer the lowest pricing in the business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide estimates over the phone, but will need details. Exterior painting is usually easier to estimate than interiors. For interiors, we need to know what needs to be painted; everything includes ceiling, walls, window frames, door frames, doors, closets in/out, accent walls if any, crown molding if any, existing color(s), new color(s), single story or two story, square footage of home, vacant or occupied, customer or do we provide the paint, and when does the job need to be completed.
