Elijio responded immediately, kept in touch (while it was raining) about when he could start the project and then arrived early. He offered to clean the solar panels too for a reasonable price so I added that in. The before and after photos speak for themselves. He even cleaned the algae on the roof (at no extra charge) to make sure the spores wouldn't cause the plants to grow back in the gutters. And he rinsed down the windows are sidewalks/deck so there was no debris left behind. I will absolutely use him again.
