K&A Builders Corp exceeded my expectations! They installed new flooring in my downstairs kitchen, and the results are absolutely beautiful. There is nothing but great things to say about K&A Builders Corp. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They gave me the best advice for my project and got to work right away.
They handled all permits and combined two units into one large open floor plan exactly how we envisioned it. Before starting, they showed us detailed blueprints so we could clearly see how everything would look.
They also took care of all the electrical work, rewiring everything properly and making sure everything was functioning safely and correctly. Their team made the entire process stress-free and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
On top of that, they even helped install our slate walls once the main project was completed. The quality of work and professionalism truly exceeded our expectations.

Hi Asia, I’m sorry to hear you feel this way about the project. I do want to clarify a couple of things for anyone reading this review. K&A Builders & Contracting is a licensed California general contractor, and our license can be verified through the CSLB.
During the project, several concerns involved work that was outside of our original agreed scope. We communicated what was included and what would require additional work. Unfortunately, instead of allowing us to resolve the remaining items, the outstanding balance owed to us was withheld and another contractor was hired to complete additional work that was not part of our scope.
We always try to be fair, communicate clearly, and stand behind the work we agree to perform. I’m disappointed we weren’t able to finish the project on better terms, but I wish you the best moving forward.
