Great experience from start to finish. I was very particular about spacing, alignment, and clean cable management since this was a permanent lighting install, and OTB delivered exactly that. Everything was mounted tight, uniform, and well thought out with no sloppy slack or shortcuts. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the work was done professionally in one day. I always price my services competitively and fair. For basic jobs my rate is $45. And other jobs are priced fairly for both parties

I like to introduce myself and get to know the customers needs then I like to explain the job step by step so that there are no surprises for the customer.
