personal training services range in price bundle and distance traveled. I ask tht you contact me. I will not give you the run around I like to be straight to the point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have new information delivered to me on , at least, a monthly basis. I also am a self learner and study at least three days a week.

Weight management is the majority of my work.
