- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a consultation. What the customer really wants and needs. If the customer doesn't want, then they will not be charges. There is also no Gap Charges attached to our invoicing and pricing, a customer is charged for the service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen, Listen, & Listen, Write your questions down, short and clear. Ask your question and listen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, have links update notices sent to my e-mail that keeps me posted on eductional and skill needs in the areas I service.
