When I called Felix from Rooterology Plumbing for an estimate I was a little nervous. I've had bad experiences in the past with plumbers who tried to do the quickest job possible.
Felix is different.
First, he gave me two estimates: one for a basic fix and the other for a more lasting solution for the problem. He calmly explained the pros and cons of each option. I liked how I was presented with a choice and hired him over other companies with more reviews.
Good decision on my part. He was right on time to begin the work and finished on time as promised. He did a great job.
Rooterology is plumbing with good old fashion values. Good prices, great service, and educating the customer. When he left, I knew the job had been done right. I also had peace of mind because he guarantees his work 100%.
I would recommend him to any and everyone that values customer service and a company that cares more about earning your trust than making a quick buck.

I contacted Rooterology to clean my tankless water heater for routine maintenance. I was able to book and appointment quickly and Felix was very responsive and punctual. The quote was 275 after a discount for a first time customer. The appointment was about an hour. Rooterology also found a clog in my pipes (tree roots) after doing a complimentary inspection so I hired them to do a hydro jetting of my pipes for 675. I was very happy with the work and would recommend them.
