Work still in progress. Michael was willing to work with our clinic to do the repairs one infusion chair at a time (one every 7-10 days x 5 chairs) This is very accommodating for our busy practice! We have 10 chairs in our infusion room, and can manage with little to no disruption when only one chair is missing. Our first chair was picked up on time, and returned on time, with everything working. He also cleaned 4 or 5 years of emptied patient pockets out of the chair workings and off of the chair surface. It looks new. Worth every penny.
