Introduction: **Covid-19 has been a very difficult year for everyone. With gyms closing I understand the struggle trying to live a fit and Healthy life style.*** Currently I am doing half my sessions in person and half on video chat. I help all my clients learn how to workout safely and properly. I assure you there is always a way to get a great workout. With or without a gym we will work and grow together to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle. My workouts are not only rewarding, they are also fun. We have a good time. We become a team. Your progress becomes my progress. We will accomplish OUR goals together. My fees are as low as 75/hr depending on how many days a week we meet. I offer discount introductory packages when purchased in bulk. I'm in the Arcadia area. But travel as far as Burbank on the west and Glendora to the east. I offer park workouts and also have my own personal gym with tons of equipment! Majority of my clients prefer to train out of their own homes. So I have no problem coming to you daily with my own equipment. I offer a FREE consultation/session. Which basically means I would sit down with you talk about your goals and also give you a 30 min workout to show you a sample of what to expect while training with me! The idea here is to help individuals achieve their goals to gain health and happiness.

Personal Training

PT for ELDERLY PARENTS? Ryan McNeely is your man! We siblings gifted PT to our overweight, diabetic father for his 80th birthday, which he begrudgingly accepted. All prior efforts to get him moving & off the couch had failed. It was a hopeful, last ditch... Dad is precious cargo & we were skeptics. Covid19 & a stranger in his home? I interviewed 15 Personal Trainers (a sometimes loose term, beware!) Thumbtack professionals aside, (thank you, reviewers!) my search narrowed to three.. 1. Ryan’s credentials are sound. 2. Initial Complaint: Age 33yrs, we’d hoped for older. R’s an “old soul,” is experienced, knowledgeable, professional & has been in business over 10yrs; 2017 w/Elderly Clientele. 3. He teaches the “what/why” of anatomy, while training. 4. Is a “Nutrition Guru.” 5. Along w/making training enjoyable, Ryan incorporates “Vibration Therapy” to relax tight muscles. (Ah, Sciatica!) 6. Ryan’s aspirations of “Life Coach” are apparent: Patience & intuitiveness led to dad opening up & also saying that PT was something he looked forward to. 7. R requests a Doctors Release to begin training. If a PT doesn’t ask? (Many didn’t) “No thank you.” •Ryan’s sessions have Dad doing slow, “chair work outs.” •He taught dad how to get up, unassisted by anything, from a seated position & walk short laps. This is HUGE! •Dad’s motivated to do workouts on his own, Yay! •We are grateful to #1 PT that I am proud to call “friend,” who helped teach our dad to do, what we could not. Sincerely, Julie Robles Zuro, Brother & Sister

Personal Training

Ryan's just a good guy to work out with. He quickly assessed my goals and has tailored my workouts based on them. He's great at balancing positive encouragement and motivating me to push myself.

Personal Training

I decided to work with Ryan after I had my second baby and wanted to get back in shape. I have worked out casually over the years but never stuck with it because - let’s face it - working out sucks. I have been working out with Ryan three-ish times a week for almost THREE months and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. That alone is an accomplishment and it is only because Ryan is just enough comedian, cheerleader, drill sergeant, and fitness and nutrition expert to keep me going. I am feeling super strong and much more fit than I have in a very long time. I definitely recommend. Just make sure to bring your own music ;)

Personal Training

We are so happy we found Ryan! He is super nice and an amazing trainer! He will help you find a work out that best suits your needs and you will have fun doing it! He is also extremely affordable considering how much knowledge he gives you when it comes to working out and nutrition! I hired him to help my girlfriend and I lose weight/get into shape and he has been more than helpful! He even checks in with us outside of workouts. Ryan is the best!

Personal Training

Ryan has done an excellent job of discerning our current level of ability. He has put together an achievable exercise program that pushes us each week with an optimistic outlook on our continued progress. He educates and motivates while introducing a variety of do-able workouts. Whatever your level of activity, I highly recommend this talented trainer.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Not only do I continue to study and learn the art of fitness, but I've also started to pursue a career as an EMT paramedic.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working out at a younger age. I got really interested in not only training but the anatomy part of it all as well. It led me to getting my certification and pursuing a job as a trainer.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Active exercising and learning how to do them. Getting the heart rate up and into the fat burning and cardiovascular zones for improved performance. In time you will see that it doesn't take much more than simply getting 30-60 min of activity a day to live a healthier and longer life.
