Great experience with Dennis and Coastlife team for install. Was going to go with Milgard but after talking to Dennis felt comfortable with Anlins which were about 15% less in pricing. We got 8 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced at our house. Happy with the decision so far and had a smooth experience through the install. Highly recommend Dennis/ Coastlife for their services.

We looked around for a while for someone that was knowledgable and honest. That was Dennis. He was very responsive every time we had questions and he was competitive with their rate. His cousin is the owner and he is very lucky to have a Project Manager like Dennis. The timing was timely and installation was neatly executed. Window quality is top notch. Dennis and his team were super professional and I felt they went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our questions answered, even before we decided to officially go with them and before we even placed our order. My partner and I had a lot of questions and needed help making decisions on things, Dennis and his team were very patient, honest, kind and helpful, even going as far as bringing samples to our home, they even worked around our work schedule too to help us choose. We've been renovating our home slowly throughout the year and have had to deal with less than ideal crews - but Coastlife is by far the most professional and kind crew we've worked with so far. I wish every experience was like this one. Dennis was always super responsive, respectful and caring through out the process. They even got our windows in a few days earlier and let us know so we could reschedule our day earlier, we really appreciated that. The crew that did the install was also very respectful of our home, kind and mindful of our nervous dog and they felt free to ask us questions as well throughout the install to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Any questions I had for the crew, they were nice enough to answer them and give me helpful tips and info. The windows that Dennis helped us decide on are perfect for our space, they've made a huge difference - especially with this heat wave and they look fantastic! We felt like we were in good hands from day 1 of meeting Dennis and his team. Our neighbors keep asking us about our new windows - I have highly recommended them to our neighbors after this positive and professional experience. 10 out of 10 would hire these guys again. Let me start off with, Dennis ,the person that I spoke with over the phone to make an appointment to come by to give us a free estimate. Dennis is a very knowledge person in his field and never did he try to up sale or push for a higher price during our entire visit. He listened to my concerns very attentively and after that he showed their products and answered and explained every question I had. I got a quote right on the first day of his visit. Then, Sean, the company owner and Dennis came by to do follow-up measurements and see if I had more questions and concerns. Sean is really " a window guru" he spent more than an hour in my house to review all the details about the project and what I should expect on the of installation. He patiently and courteously addressed my questions. And on the of installation, Joe and his crew came and delivered the best of the best installation I could have imagined. They did the job with the greatest care and professionalism you can find in this business. They paid attention to every detail and after they left my house, it looked like they had never been there. I can't say enough about the work they have done in my house. I definitely look forward to doing more home projects with Coast Life Construction Inc.

It is often difficult to give up front pricing on windows and roofing without measuring the size. The price can vary with the style and options especially with windows. We offer competitive pricing without cutting corners on quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set an appointment to measure the project and see exactly what the homeowner needs. We bring samples of our brands and offer a quote with pricing that is all inclusive on the same visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a General License in building and all our installers are certified for window and roof installation.
