David is an very skilled, experienced, reliable contractor. We remodeled our home including a kitchen, adding a bathroom and bedroom.
He's very good with plumbing, concrete, framing, dry wall, texturing and electrical.
Very hard working, creative and practical in his approach to any construction challenges.
We were very happy with the initial remodel, so we contracted with him to do our 3,100 sf re-roof and add a 15 solar module installation. He handled all building permits, code requirements, inspections.

I am very pleased with David's work. If it didn't look right, he simply redid it, no questions asked. He was always on time. He has completed phase one and two of the work in my home, and I fully intend to have him handle phase three of the work that needs done. In phase one he replaced my back fence...phase two he replaced lights with fans, and put in a new fan in the master bedroom, took out the "light boxes"in the two bathrooms that increased the light in those rooms five fold, and took out the old lights in the kitchen and replaced with canned lights. I highly recommend him.

We hired David and his son to paint our home. We had a fair amount of termite damage and general damage that needed to be repaired before painting. Once we determined a start date, they got right to work. Repairing, replacing, tearing out some things, prepping for paint, and then did a magnificent job of painting. Our old looking house looked new. David said what he would do, and he did what he said. We couldn't be more pleased. I will be hiring him for other add on work.
