- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I enjoy supporting my customers to the fullest extent. My rates are hourly unless a bid is requested. I have 2.5hr minimum charge and that does not include materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is everything and the more we can connect with descriptions, photos and materials needed the greater the outcome for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up being mechanically/process minded and trained; I took to it immediately.
