I have never hired anyone to do work for me so I had no idea what to expect. Jeff reached out promptly and was very responsive in scheduling a time. I know that coming up to Cayucos might seem like a trek for many professionals, so I was glad that Jeff was willing. He helped recommend mounting hardware and arrived promptly on the appointed day. Jeff is a pure professional. He was in motion and troubleshooting a lack of the correct hardware in the provided kit within no time. He readily agreed to drive to Los Osos to hit the Ace Hardware, gather the right items, return to Cayucos, and finish the job. The mount looks great! Clean, no damage, and quick! Jeff is especially cordial and happy to talk while he works or be left alone. He checked with me when needed and also explained anything I wanted to know. And the value for the time and quality of the work is remarkable. I will certainly hire Jeff more for projects around the place to ease my own stress, frustration, and to get it right the first time.
