Mike does high quality work at a reasonable price. Mike is hands on and is a great problem solver. The house also had severe drainage problems that plagued the site for years. He solved the drainage problem resulting in an esthetically pleasing result. I often get a lot of positive compliments on the remodel of the house.

Finding a reliable contractor is never easy. In fact, Mike was not our original choice that we hired, however we were glad we did find him. What impressed us most was he focuses on one job at a time. This way he doesn’t spread himself between multiple projects juggling subcontractors. Because we did not live in the house when the work was being done, we relied on phone calls, text, email, and photos to keep us apprised on the work completion. We had a few hiccups along the way, but everything worked out. Our remodel was completed in 2019 and we are very happy. Mike has decades of experience and knows how to work with the city to pull permits and has many reliable subcontractors that he knows in the industry.

Our pricing is standard going rates on all materials and labor in order to complete their job correctly. Our profit margin are far lower than other General Contractors by far.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
set up a meeting at their home and discuss what their wants and needs are for their project and take all that was mentioned and get back to them with a detailed bid .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
on the job training for over 42 years in the Los Angeles area mainly doing multiple units and commercial projects
