Ross did a number of jobs for us and was truly a pleasure to work with. Very professional, honest and fair. Showed up every day at the same time so I never had to wait around or wonder if he was coming. His work was excellent quality and we really hope to work with him again on future projects. Just a few of the projects he did for us was paint the whole exterior of our home, replaced rotted beams, built a new gate, and installed baseboards.Aug 9, 2017Verified
Roof Repair or Maintenance
Ross came over in the evening of the same day we contacted him to check a roof leak for us because we were expecting rain that night. He not only fixed the problem but also patched up other potential problem areas and possible other cause los that we did not even know about and did not charge us anything over what he had quoted us. Very honest person, very thorough and professional. He did a great job and we will be calling him back for any new roofing needs.Mar 12, 2020Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? These days there are so many choices in quality of materials that can be used along with different applications it would be impossible to have a standard pricing system. One thing I can assure you is if given a chance to renegotiate a proposal if you received a lower priced one, once all the details are understood, mine usually is the better deal!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For most projects it's always best to meet the customer in person at the location of where the work is to be performed. Doing so enables a more complete understanding of the home owners needs which in turn allows for a complete and accurate estimate to be made for the work to be done! After accepting the proposal a start date is agreed on, materials are purchased and delivered and my employees and I begin your project, and only your project in till completion! One job at a time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Carpentry and Roofing right out of high school for seven plus years, Then drywall hanger, taper and residential painter for five. Some stucco and plaster work after that, then finish carpentry. Did doors, floors and windows for Home Depot professionally for a few years then finally started working for my fathers development company as a hands on, site supervisor for the last ten years!
