Steve was great he came to my house, because my garbage disposal was broken he found out the electrical outlet was not working. He changed it and also changed my garbage disposal everything works good now! Thanks Steve!

Steven came out to my home a few hours after our quote for a bathroom fan installation. I showed him where the bathroom was and he immediately started to take the ceiling light out. He struggled a bit and asked me how to take it out but eventually figured it out. He brought a short ladder and had to jump into my attic to complete the install. It was after 9 pm when he finished. He showed me when it was done and I liked it but when he left I realized the light above my mirror was no longer coming on. He would not come back to fix it despite my numerous attempts to have him do so. I texted him as soon as I realized the issue and asked him to call me in the morning. He didn't . I called him late in the morning. He didn't answer. He texted me saying "how strange" I texted him asking when he would come fix it. He didn't reply. We eventually talked on a phone call and he said he would let me know when he could come and he complained about how the wiring was strange. Two days later with no contact from Steve I texted him again. We set up a day that I had to move my schedule around for but he would not reply when I asked him what time. I texted him again on the day he said he would come and he gave me a lot of details about how he had car issues and couldn't get a rental and he said we would give me a time once he got his rental. I did not hear from him that day or the next.
