Introduction: While working as a laborer, a job foreman, a supervisor (for as many as 10 employees) and a home and building inspector, I have acquired excellent skills in carpentry, home remodeling, home repairs and the structural and mechanical inspection of homes and buildings. I've also been employed as a swimming pool service and maintenance technician. I am available for work immediately. I can work at any hours, any days and have my own transportation. The following are my qualifications: * Licensed General Contractor (state license # 607336) * Journeyman Finish Carpenter (withdrawal card held with the Finish Carpenters Union Local 49) * Journeyman Carpenter I Installer (withdrawal card held with Teamsters Union Local 9) * Residential and Mobile Home Weatherization Technician; Certified by the Southern California Gas Company * Appliance Repair Technician; Certified by the Southern California Gas Company * Certified Swimming Pool Repair and Maintenance Technician with the Los Angeles County Health Department Permit * Certified Structural and Mechanical, Home and Building Inspector * Educated in Windows '95, '98, 2000, XP, Microsoft Word and Picture Navigator
