I hired Norma Roper of Spotless Ladies after a very disappointing experience with the first company I hired via Thumbtack. After the 4th time Norma has cleaned my house (every two weeks), I can now say that she is different and I am very happy with her work. She and her assistant are very easy to work with. I appreciate Norma's positive attitude. She is ready and willing to do her best to ensure that her client is satisfied with her service. She also tries to find alternative cleaning stuff that works better for harder to clean areas. Having two very busy teenagers and a big sized home (5 bd/5 br), I chose to cleanup and organize my kids' rooms before Norma starts cleaning. I'd rather have them spend most of their time doing detailed/deep cleaning throughout the house rather than them picking up the mess/clothes from the floor and/or making beds. If I'm not available to cleanup before Norma cleans, i have no doubt that they will do an awesome job either way.

Not only did Norma and Vera do a fantastic job cleaning, they were kind with me and my pets! They were fun and full of positive energy! This was their first visit and I had to leave twice and felt totally comfortable leaving them alone in my house with my animals! My neighbor will start using them soon too, plus I plan to help Norma find many more customers!! Great job and the best is she returns in 3 weeks!! Thank you Norma!!
