- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price all the work I do the way that I would want o be charged for something I would pay for. I make sure that it is within the means of my customers and make sure that my price is fair to what is being done. I give discounts to military, army, navy, police, firemen, health care providers, teachers and senior citizens. I do ask to see proof.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain to my customers what I will be doing, why it needs to be done and show them if necessary. I also like to make sure they understand and approve of all that I will be doing. I make sure pricing is clear and fair to the customer. I work very hard to make sure there needs and wants are met so that we can have a great working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a journeyman license which I got while working for HPS mechanical that was before I began my own company, I also am certified in Autocad which is plan drawing and I’ve got my corporation license and c-36 license. As well as 11 years of on site experience.
