I was impressed with Dane's knowledge of and ability to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator. He immediately ordered the part and returned upon delivery to install. He was very responsive to questions that came up during the process. Great personal service!

Thorough evaluation of my 15 plus year old refrigerator/freezer. The first two parts vendors did not have the needed electrical panel. I learned from Dane that manufacturers are not required to produce replacement parts after 6 years. A third vendor of rebuilt components advertised availability. Dane explained that multiple times components from the vendor failed or did not work creating a lot of frustration with customers and he did not recommend going with a rebuilt part. Very pleasant, impressed that his daughter was apprenticing with him and I appreciated his suggestions on warranties and comparable appliances to consider in making a decision on a replacement.

Dane did an incredible job today! He installed blinds in the living room and office, hung curtains, and hung miscellaneous items we were unable to do ourselves! He also installed our Ring doorbell and Chime. We are brand new to the area and weren’t sure who to contact but we are so thrilled we found Dane. We are already planning future projects as I know he will do an excellent job!
