He comes up with unique and interesting exercises which actually work. Within the first 3 months I lost around 10% body fat and 10 lbs of weight. He takes charge of each and every progress you make, in order to give you better results. He also provided a diet regimen suitable for your body. So after 8 months of training, with a break of 2 months, I currently weigh 163 lbs with a body fat of 10%, which is an astonishing result.
