- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When i start with a new customer i alway ask what there concerns are, where their problem spots are and what they are expecting from me. I take my time to make sure that they are happy with the carpets, furniture ect. before i leave their home. I always make sure to let them know if a problem does arise (on bad spots sometimes they come back when drying)to please call and i will come back to fix the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have 5 years in janitorial work and a certification in spot removal.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with many various customers from high level companies to single family residences.
