- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be able to give you a for sure price after we check and I see what the problem is. We might be able to work a payment arrangement out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually find out what the problem the customer is having. I then let them know the price to have it fixed and if they like the price, I will get it fixed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have watched youtube videos and have done a lot of research on how to fix computer problems. I also have built several computers for me, friends, and family, so I have had a lot of practice.
